Tuesday, 6:30-8:15 pm
9638 Shadow Ridge Trail, Middleton, WI

45 minutes of meditation followed by a brief talk on the dhamma and discussion.  The talk may be by the leader or based on a section of a recorded talk by a teacher, a brief reading, or a sutta.  This group also sometimes investigates topics over a period of weeks, for example, we spent five months going through the eight path factors that make up the Noble Eightfold Path. This is a smaller group with more opportunity for conversation.  The evening begins and ends with a brief chant and bowing, though participation in the chanting & bowing is solely a personal choice and is not required. There is also a shrine with a Buddha image, candles and incense.  If you have a cushion, please bring it along, however there are some cushions and chairs available as well.
